Mr. Nathan is an Associate Consultant with HRM3 Asia. He has with him over 30 years of experience in Management, Customer Service, Negotiation, Strategy Formulation, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Manufacturing in various roles including the Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific & Europe and Regional Planning Manager for Asia Pacific. In his 10 years of training experience, he has instructed individuals from MNCs, government bodies, service & retail sectors, charitable organizations and schools, including organizations such as MINDEF, Singapore Police Force, SATS, PSA, NUS, Singapore Civil Defense Force and Cathay Pacific Airlines.

Mr. Nathan’s experience and expertise encompasses the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) nationally endorsed Employability Skills Systems (ESS) and other training & development areas at operational, supervisory and leadership levels.

An active speaker at conferences, experiential team building, courseware development and training instructors and trainers in areas such as Methods of Instruction, Basic Trainer’s Course, Effective Facilitation, After-Action Review (A.A.R.) and Effective Presentation, he also trains instructors undergoing WDA’s ACTA qualification program.

A strong believer in training; which should not only focus on upgrading skills, knowledge and competencies but also inculcate character-building and life-long application, Mr. Nathan serves in various community bodies like WINGS Counseling Centre (under the ambit of NCSS) and was featured in Channel News Asia, Tamil Murusu and the Straits Times for his exemplary life story of overcoming adversity.
