Stephen Kwan is Director - Client Services with HRM3 Asia. Prior to joining HRM3 Asia, he was the Technical Sales Manager with various SMEs.

Stephen has been involved in the IT industry for the past 16 years, holding diverse job responsibilities, ranging from people management, marketing and sales management, business development, supplier and distributor management, regulatory affairs to training (sales and product training).

In 2001, he went on the entrepreneur route running a IT System Integration business after spending some years as a Business Development Manager with Mobileaction.com Pte Ltd, Microalpha Solutions as Systems Engineer and promoted to Technical Sales Manager.
 
He has serviced clients like, Virgin Corporate Services, Virgin Mobile, WBB Pacific Clays, SingTel, Starhub, Publicis, Telstra, I-Tel International, Dragon Land, Jurong Engineering Limited, Pacific Internet and many many more.

Stephen works well with people and his passion to delight customers with prompt quality respond time and effective solutions puts him in good stead meeting customers’ needs.
