Mui Cheng holds a Master Degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia, Canada. She has over 20 years of varied local and regional business experience, with responsibilities for operations, business and human capital development.

She has started her first career in the banking industry and built a strong business networks during her services with The Development Bank of Singapore Ltd. Subsequently, she moved on to support educational institutions to enhance their image and customer services. Times Educational Services was initiated by Mui Cheng when she was holding the position as Vice President of The Times Publishing Group. Partnering with overseas institutions, she spearheaded the establishment of training institution in China and expanded her business networks to the region.

Being customer focus, resourceful and armed with broad management mindset, she is able to identify the real needs, map out and provide her clients with the right human capital solutions.
