"Our sincere thanks to the HRM3 Asia Facilitators who have helped us achieved all the objectives at the Regional Sales Offsite Strategic Meeting. This year, the HRM3 consultants facilitated the meeting involving senior executives and agents from Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, China and the United States.

The theme for the meeting was Customer Intimacy. The first day was focused on team building, starting with a morning golf session at Senana Country Club, Johore Bharu, Malaysia, followed by an evening of fun and a BBQ buffet dinner at the Siggi's Restaurant, Beaufort Sentosa. After dinner, HRM3 Facilitators played two interesting teambuilding games with the group.

The second day was a serious affair. Following the leadership opening address, the HRM3 consultants provided useful ground rules and set the stage encouraging everyone to think "Outside The Box" and about their "Customer Intimacy Concept". Four teams, namely Panda (China & Hong Kong), Tiger (Korea), Lion (Singapore & Malaysia) and Eagle (Philippines) were formed to develop solutions and decisions to close the gaps and barriers to improve performance in meeting the present and future needs of our chosen customers.

The SWOT analysis and strategy formulation exercise was excellent in helping us identify the areas where we can win. The offsite workshop was very successful in helping us understand why we have chosen customers and why we need to have, and continue to foster, close customer Intimacy"
